I tried to register, but it’s telling me that my email address is already in use.

This simply means that you've registered for a 360 Yield Center event before, and you need to login in order to register for a new event, or update your existing reservation. Please click "Login" in red in the top, right corner of the page, and you can login with that same email address. If you've forgotten your password, don’t forget to click, "Forgot Password?" at the bottom of the login page.

I am a dealer, but my dealership name is not showing up as an option to select.

I already registered for an event. How can I change my order?

On the homepage (events.360yieldcenter.com), click on "Login/Print Tickets". Use your username and password to login. From there, you will see your Reservation Overview.

  • To add people to your registration: Click on the pencil icon to the right of the order. Enter the amount of attendees that should be on your order into the "Attendees" box. (For example, if you originally had 2 people registered and would like to increase your group to 4 people, type a "4" into the "Attendees" box.) From there, you will be prompted to enter the name and contact information of the new attendees. Click "Next" and your reservation will be saved.
  • To delete people from your reservation: The list of people you've registered will be listed under "Attendees". Simply click the trash can icon next to their name. You will see a pop up that reads, "Are you sure to remove this attendee?" Click the "OK" button, and your attendee will be deleted from your order.

How can I print my tickets?

On the homepage (events.360yieldcenter.com), click on the second red button that reads, "Login/Print my Tickets". Use your username and password to login. From there, you will see your Reservation Overview. Click on the Printer icon next to the reservation you'd like to print. From there, it will prompt you to print your tickets.

How do I know what my username and password are?

Your username is the email address you used to register. After you first registered, you received an email from 360 Yield Center with your password included. If you do not have the password on file, click on the "Login" page, and then click on "Forgot Password?"
